PLEASE HELP. blood, pain while peeling, stress?

I'm on my fertile window but it's days before my period even starts. I've been stressed out a lot due to work and personal life. I had to take a plan b pill because of a overheated broken condom last weekend. I've had some pain while peeling, like a uti or something. Then this morning I woke up and there was blood on my underwear some was brown and some out when I peed...please help I don't know what's going on as this hasn't happend before.
