Spike then drop day later? Help please!
Hi there, this my first month tracking bbt. I'm using OPKs as well as getting ovulation cramps around the time of ovulation so the ovulation day on the chart is correct I believe. As you'll see I had a spike yesterday and a drop today - does this mean I'm out already? Thanks.
