Tiny dog jumped on me! :( 14 + 1

I have a tiny dog, she is a chihuahua, and she weighs maybe 3.5 to 4 lbs. She jumped on my tummy, and I'm 14 + 1 with my first baby, so I'm scared. Will my baby be okay? I get so worried. Thanks for any help you can give.
