I don't want my partner to see my body...

I am 6 weeks pp and i don't want my partner to touch or see my body, i had an emergency forceps delivery and episiotomy, which has left my vagina a bloody mess, it's nothing like before and i am not wanting to have sex again with my partner because of it, i went through my whole pregnancy without stretch marks and after birth lots of purple stretch marks appeared on my legs, i am fat and horrible. I am pretty certain i donMt want my partner anywhere near my body, i feel i am going to leave him as its affecting me that much😭
