Will I be okay and the baby?

So my SO bought me watermelon on Thursday  ..I attempted to eat it but fell asleep..they were sitting in my room til I got up Friday morning and put them in the fridge. I took them and ate them.now I'm freaking out because I read your reallt supposed to toss them after 2 hrs sitting out.. will me and baby be okay. Im.really freaking out 😢

If the diarrhea hasn't started yet you should be fine!! Watermelon is my frienemy its made me sick before but mostly it was just mild cramping and diarrhea.

You should be okay:) don't stress yourself so much over limitations and stuff. They're guidance tips not restrictions. Hope this helps :)

You'll be fine. If it's gone bad you'll have a tummy ache and maybe some diarrhea later, but more than likely you're totally fine.
