Looks like it, my OB says to call her office or hospital L&D immediately if there is any pink, red, or brown in mucous, especially before 37 weeks. I'd call if I were you, better safe than sorry.

I had the same thing pass this morning.. I'm planning on calling my dr tomorrow . I ve been having contractions all day but not close enough to go to the hospital. My dr doesn't have an answering service nor do I have his number, so I feel kind of helpless.

Mine were much bigger than that. Sometimes if you had sex or had an exam in the last couple days, you'll get this. But it's definitely not an entire mucus plug. Keep an eye for contractions. I've had one of mine fall out early and it "grew" back.
