WHY!!!!

Okay ladies I'm back at this again I was supposed to get my. June 11th and I didn't get it up until about 5days very light the first day....light to medium the second day morning and afternoon...by evening it was basically gone just brown spotting when I wiped...3rd day no period just brown spotting here and there verrrry lightly tho 4th day still no red blood just brown again....& now....Just literally about 5mins ago i started having a sneezing attack and I feel like I'm gonna get sick but I also have SUCH TERRIBLE LOWER BACK CRAMPS!!!!!! I didn't even cramp this bad before my period... what the heck may be happening??? What is even a period?? Could it have been heavy implantation bleeding??? Any similar experiences or situations?? HELP!!

☆☆☆UPDATE::::: So... I literally have the nastiest cold ever....& my lower back has been cramping SOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!!!!! Like terribly 😩 I'm so miserable!! What the heck can this be!?!?!
