I want him!!!!

okay so I dated this guy he was sweet funny cute everything. but we broke up and then got back together when school started. we don't even remember why we broke up in the first place and then we both wanted each other back because we made each other feel happy and we had great times together and we broke up because everything got to be too busy for any social life it seemed like. now it's been over a year since all that and now I want him back SOOO badly. I can't stop crying over it. but I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me anymore. should I tell him I still like him no matter if I think he doesn't like me back? or just keep it to myself? please no rude comments. thank you for the help!!
