Clingy babe

I love my BF baby. But she is to the point where she won't sleep unless I Comfort nurse her prior. She wants me to hold her 24/7 which is impossible. I scarf down dinner bc like clockwork she cries. What can I do to gradually get her more independent? She won't take to pacifiers. Maybe have dad feed her more? My doc said she needs to learn that nursing is for nutrition but how do you do that? I hate to hear her cry!
