Can someone please help!

I have been charting for a couple months now. I have always got the rise in temp once ovulation occurred. Last month I tried OPKs for the first time and I got a positive along with a temp rise so I know I ovulated. This month however is different. I got a new type of ovulation test from rite aid it was the rite aid brand with 20 OPKs inside. I haven't got a positive at all. I got a close to positive on cd 13 but never a positive and I'm on cd 17 now and the opk line is almost non existing now and my temp is not going along with it. Can anyone look at my chart and tell me what they think. Thanks in advance !  I attached this month and last months chart to compare
