Can i sleep through the night?

My baby is almost 7 weeks old and sleeps 5-6 hours a night. Can I sleep through also or will it hurt my supply?

5-6hrs will not hurt your supply, your body will adjust. Just be prepared to wake up engourged!

Your body will adjust, so slowly you'll stop making as much at night because your baby doesn't need it then. So in a sense, yes. But you'll still produce enough all of the normal times your baby needs to eat

Congrats mama! Maybe pump before bed depending upon when LO goes down and be prepared to pump 1st thing. My LO sleeps all night, and when she wakes, she only empties one side. First few nights you may wake uncomfortable, but your body will adjust!
