Is it safe for baby and Does increase supply!? He's 5 days old and I think I might start pumping soon

Baby and I had reactions to fenugreek so please proceed with caution with that. I had nausea and my daughter was having a hard time sleeping she had up set stomach didn't like the taste of my milk and got dark running stool. I stopped it two days into taking it and had to dump 62oz of milk 😟

Fenugreek can cause baby to have so much gas. Many lactation consultants have stopped recommending it. Start eating oatmeal (not the instant) every day. Also my lactation consultant had me order Goat's Rue, More Milk Plus, and Malunggay from www.motherlove.com. They are herb supplements and I've noticed an increase!
