Advice needed please

I've been on the pill for 20 yrs without a break , I came off it on 3rd may, I had no period in May, I had three very light days (no need for tampons or pads ) on 6-7-8th June - then I had three very light days again same as the last one on 8-9-10th July then this month , I have had again really light days on 2-3rd Aug ( in fact it was so light and brownish coloured I thought it may of been implant bleeding) as I wasn't due on until Sat 6th Aug but I've had nothing since , I took a test on Friday night it it looked very light positive but then I have taken another one last night and it was negative..
