How do I even do this? My breast milk supply has been low, but I think its done for now. 😧 This isn't good, I only have one bag of frozen breast milk. Its 3 AM and I'm about to send my bf to the store to get something for sensitive tummies, soy or something. Isn't this transition to formula supposed to be done slowly instead of suddenly? I read that you can mix breast milk and formula in one bottle? So that means I make, for example, one oz. of formula as directed then mix an oz. of breast milk in there? NOT substitute the water with breast milk, right???

The reason why I think my supply is near done for is because I nurse my daughter then she'll stop and wont latch back on and start fussing. So I gave her expressed milk through a bottle, then pumped and only proceeded to pump 1/2 of an oz. from both breast.
