Clomid and Ovulation Tests

TTC #2 for a year now. I'm on my 2nd cycle of 50mg of clomid days 5-9. I started temping this cycle bc I seem to get many positives on ovulation tests on or off clomid. (PCOS has been ruled out as I've had bloods, HSG, ultrasound of ovaries...) Today, CD 14 I got a DEFINITE positive opk. Cycle days 11, 12, and 13 were negative although CD 12 was VERY close to positive-the next morning negative. Is this the clomid giving the OPKs mixed signals? I did read not to test until CD 12 after finishing the last pill. What does my chart mean thus far being I have zero knowledge of bbt and charting. I'll post below! Thanks! 😊
