I don't care as long as she Doesnt have every thing all out in the open. I saw some girl who took her shirt off and exposed both breasts which I wasn't cool with at all, mainly because I thought it was disrespectful towards herself. I do get the occasional nip slip but taking your shirt off in a public area is a bit much in my opinion.

I don't think any of us has the right to decide if someone else "should" be bothered by something or not. I don't personally understand why it bothers me people, other than just modesty. If you're bothered by it and you walk up to someone and offer them your unsolicited opinion, you're definitely in the wrong. But you're always allowed to feel how you feel
