Sequential Screening

I had my NT ultrasound at 11 weeks. Results came back for that and they were negative. Last week, I got the 2nd part of the sequential screen which was a blood test. Well, I got a call back from my doctor today and I am 1:89 chance risk of having a baby with Down Syndrome. The cutoff for no-low risk is 1:276. I know that it is only a 1.1% chance, but I am freaking out. Has anyone else been through this that could give me some encouragement or advise? I'm only 30 years old and there is no family history of chromosomal abnormalities.  Thanks.
