Heart Beat in E.R

So I am in the e.r almost 5 hours now. Been having a fever and really bad dizzy spells, closed my eyes at work rocking a baby and didn't even remember closing them it's like a few seconds went by without realizing. No dehydration, but given 2 liters of iv fluids. They check the babies heart beat. The nurse said that its blending with mine but couldn't be more than 140 bpm but ranging between 140-150. Then she kept saying he instead of baby. Any gender ideas. The baby was on my left side and moved to right and is now is it chillin low on my bladder. Could it have increased bc of moving and still be below 140 bpm? Baby has strong heart beat so the fever hasn't affected him, but possible signs of infection. Idk!!
