Small feelings in my abdomen

I am five weeks two days and have had no bleeding, not even implantation bleeding, but I have had small little twinges of pain every now and then. Some feel like light period cramps and some feel like someone is lightly grabbing my organs. But a lot of the time I feel like someone is poking me on my right lower abdomen. It's not a pain, just a feeling. But I am wondering if it could be an early sign of an ectopic pregnancy.
