I think one thing that helps is not trying too hard. Your body acts differently when you're tense. When you're relaxed, you're more likely to conceive. :)

Not pregnant yet but we started getting tested for fertility.. Scary step but we had been trying for two years with no success. We did have some issues that we are addressing now which are good reason for why we haven't gotten pregnant. It was a hard step but I feel some weight lifted off my shoulders to have an explanation for our fertility issues. Good luck - I'm just throwing it out there (not saying you could have any issues) as our story.
