Painful bloat while ttc?

Has anyone ever had like a painful bloat where you feel you need to use the bathroom asap but you actually dont? Its more like gas that really hurts and nothing ever happens.

A mix between cramps and gas... but its neither.

Does that make sense?

Sorry to get graphic here... but it goes something like this:

-You feel you need to fart. But it hurts.

-After a few seconds... nothing happens so you assume you need to go to the bathroom....

-nothing happens in the bathroom...

-pain continues
