Help with BBT chart

So I've been good about my time of temping, the only thing that I can work on is getting enough continuous sleep--been under some stress lately and having a hard time staying asleep. 
Does this look like a developing Triphasic pattern? Can my temp just drop tomorrow or the next day and then AF would show? From what I understand, temps just help confirm patterns after you ovulate or you skip a period...? 
I'm breaking out like I'm in high school again, so I know hormones are surging for some reason--PMS or something else.
