I'm keeping my faith

I'm 8dpo and I ended up back at my doctors yesterday from pain my my lower belly and back ended up having a cyst on my right side where my two large folicals were before my IUI. My doctor told me either it will pop during AF or if I'm pregnant it will dissolve on its own. Has anyone in their tww had a cyst and end up pregnant?
