Dreams about me cheating

I've been having a lot of dreams about cheating on my boyfriend and I always feel ashamed and guilty. I even decided to start going to counseling because of it. I especially feel guilty because my boyfriend left almost a month ago to go to basic training for the army. I love him very much and I would never actually cheat on him. Sometimes my dreams are about a coworker and sometimes about his own brother but a lot of times it's a complete stranger. Has anyone else had these types of dreams? Any advice?
