Pumps?

Question

For those of you who got their pumps or are going to get one...
Where did you get it from??

I'm trying to find a site that calls my doctor for a prescription as my insurance won't cover it unless is prescribed, but the websites I've found so far only call the insurance.

Aeroflow accepted my insurance, I gave them my dr info, they got the prescription and I've had my pump for a while. They sent it the day I hit my third trimester.

Aeroflow did all the work for me...including getting a script from my obgyn

My insurance is going to give me one after I have my son , it makes more sense for them to give it to me now I don't understand.

They don't usually call the doctors for you just get a script and ask them if you can fax it in to them. Worked for me- I used Yummy Mummy it was super easy - 10 minutes on the phone,  one faxed prescription and a quick call to my insurance I got an email that my Spectra S2 shipped - total cost was $0.

My OB gave me the signed prescription and I contacted the business they partner with and faxed them the paperwork. They told me which pumps I was covered for so I picked the one I wanted and had to pay $10 shipping and had the pump in a few days!

I called my insurance and got the Aeroflow number and called and gave them all my insurance info and such and they told me which ones are covered and let me choose and they said itd be sent out within two days

My ob wrote my prescription and I took it to a DME (durable medical equipment) provider... Walked out with my pump 😀
Just ask your ob for the prescription and where to go, they usually have a good sense of how to obtain it 😀
