So I'm starting the court process to go for full custody of my one year old son. I'm absolutely dreading it. Obviously it's not going to be fun but I'm having a lot of anxiety about it. I know there is no chance of his dad getting any sort of custody due to his criminal history and suicide threats. But I'm just so scared to have everything done officially. Idk why. Has anyone else had to do this? What was the outcome? Am I freaking out for no reason? TIA
