Does anyone know what this is?

Just saw them on my neice, and nephew has them too. Is it bed bugs? If so how do I take care of them!

Deffinately not heat rash. Look for bed bugs in the mattresses or where ever  they sleep. Put some Anti itch  cream on them or some hydrocortisone cream to help with the irritation.

It could be bed bugs. It also looks like hand, foot, and mouth disease but that usually occurs in preschool aged children. But since they are older it could be bed bugs. Check the corner of their mattresses. Sorry. I know it's stressful

Response: She's 12 and he's 9. I only found that on her and his is like 1 of them. Where would I find them? The bed is like a memory foam and the bottom half is a zipper/plastic? I'm putting all their clothes (and mine) in plastic bags as we speak
