Tomorrow I'm going to take her to the vet if she doesn't get any better. I'm not sure how old she is all I do know was I've had her since the 3rd grade I'm 20 now and I got her at the shelter. Let's just say she's getting old in age. She's a poodle/yorkie mix. Yesterday she got groomed and she was fine. Good appetite, running around, drank water, just a happy dog. This morning when I woke up I went out to check on her she was laying around in the same spot, looked very depressed, didn't want to walk as much, and did not want to eat at all or drink water.  I tried giving her food again she won't take it. I checked her eyes they looked fine and no sign of vomiting or any diarrhea. It looked like she was limping a little bit as you can see her nail looks dislocated. As of right now she just wants to sleep.
