Is a light period normal?

I don't bleed very heavy during my period. And the bleeding last 4 days at most.. Should I be converned?

Unless this is new and you usually have heavier periods, no you're fine. Some girls just don't have as heavy as a flow. Lucky 😓

Everyone's period is different. Some people have shorter periods, some have longer. Some have heavier periods, some have light. There really isn't a "normal", it's what's normal for you. I've been "blessed" with heavy periods lasting 7-10 days. My sister has light periods for 3 days. It's different for everyone, concern should only be taken for long lasting periods, extremely short periods, or an abnormal period.
