I just had a membrane sweep this morning & I believe I'm losing parts of my mucus plug! Not having too many contractions but am having some! Just wondering those of you that had a membrane sweep & went into labor shortly after, what did you do! I've been walking a lot today & bouncing on my ball but just wondering what else would be good! Also what dilation were you at? How long before you went into labor & how far along were you? I am 39 weeks & was dilated 2 cm...hoping I meet my baby boy soon!
