Exercise Help!!!
I need to get a prenatal exercise DVD and am having a hard time deciding which one would be best for me. I was not extremely active before getting pregnant. So nothing too crazy please! 😆 I plan on ordering one from Amazon.com. Does anyone have any suggestions?
