How many pairs of shoes for girl newborn-6 months do you think is necessary?

I'm having a baby girl in october, snowww season, cold until April usually! This is my first baby. I want tons of boot and shoes options and colors to match her diff outfits .... just a poll to see what others think if they are having a girl or had one in the past. Thanks !
