Pregnacy?

So my boyfriend and I don't use Condums but I have the IUD. We have sex all the time and recently I've been noticing like every pregnacy sign in the book. I'm nauseous, constipated, peeing all the time, headaches, dizzy ness, cramps, fatigue, back pain, etc. but all my pregnancy test come back negative.. Should I go see my doctor?

I am literally in the same situation! I had implantation bleeding a few weeks ago and all the signs evey test is negative but my period is suppose to start in 3 days so I'm waiting to see if it start and if it don't I'm testing again and maybe going to the dr I never have cramps since Iv been on this and Iv been cramping for 2 weeks straight now

I was googling the other day because I was paranoid about getting pregnant after a spare of the moment for him to not pull out which we NEVER do but I read that 1/8000 women get pregnant with the IUD so it's very effective and if you do get pregnant it's could most likely be an ectopic pregnancy so maybe go and see a doctor just to be safe :)

I'm in like the same boat to I'm having alot of pregnancy symptoms but all tests where negative if I am I would only be 4 weeks.
