Work rant

So I'm a nanny, problem number 1 with being a nanny is that there aren't any laws protecting my job when I have my baby in 7 weeks. My employers and I originally agreed upon a 1 month maternity leave months ago using my 2 weeks vacation pay and 2 weeks unpaid. A month ago they approached me and said that to have decent childcare for the kids while I'm gone I would have to take a 12 week maternity leave or they would have to let me go (at 7 1/2 months pregnant). They said that they would pay me my vacation pay and give me my bonus that was due to me in March early to help out because they want me to come back. I get a phone call last night (1 week before I start my maternity leave) saying that they won't pay me for my vacation leave now because they don't think it's fair for them to pay me after all the vacation time I've had this year. My contract states that 2 weeks vacation is of my choosing when to use and I am paid for any time they go on vacation because that's time that I would work. I haven't used any of my vacation time this year because I wanted to use it for when the baby came. They say that they value me as an employee but their actions speak a lot louder than words. It's just after 3 years of employment this is really hurtful. 😔
