Grunting?

My LO will be 1 month tomorrow.  She grunts some times, but all morning she's been grunting in her sleep constantly. There's only brief periods where she isn't grunting. Anyone know why? Thanks

My guy grunts all the time! Pediatrician said it was normal!

My son is 3 weeks and always grunts haha it sounds like little lamb noises

My daughter does this ALL the time, especially when she's sleeping. She grunts, makes sheep/goat/pterodactyl noises and squirms around in her bassinet. My husband sleeps through it but she is so loud I never get any sleep when she starts up!

My son does the same thing, and sometimes when I'm feeding him.

My daughter has done this the past 2 mornings in a row. She does it for hours. We thought she was just trying to poop, but I started getting worried because she does it for such a long time and she holds her breath when she strains. I hope this is normal.

My baby also grunts and makes strange noises! It's especially bad when I put him in the bassinet, it used to freak me out but now I am used to it. Apparently it's a normal baby sound according to my Mom haha my son has GERD but I don't think it's from that!

Haha ok I'm not alone. My 6 week son always grunts or makes little dolphin noises. The nurse said it's cute lol I guess that's just something they do.

My daughter does this too. It's their body getting used to the digestive track and getting used to going pee/poop! It's totally normal. They eventually grow out of it!!! She makes all sorts of noises and even hums in her sleep!!!
