WIC fraud info?

First of all, I'm posting anonymous because there are people that are stubborn on their ignorance and continue to harass me for trying to do the right thing. So let me post this again:

Does anyone know where I could report someone committing WIC fraud in Texas? Someone I know is getting this formula for free and selling all of it. It's not a one time thing. She receives about 9 from what she told me and she sells them for $13 each on different Facebook groups, offer up and craigslist.

She is taking advantage of the system and she has no need for this service. She's making money from mothers who really need the formula and are going online to try to find it. Her husband actually works with mine in a refinery. When I say she has no need, I mean it.

So, no, I'm not "hating on her hustle". I'd just like to know where she can be reported because what she is doing is wrong. Plain and simple.

Edit: a hotline number, if possible. I work 12 hour shifts and cannot make it to an WIC office around here.

I wish I could help! And good for you.  The only women that are harassing you about reporting it are most likely people that would do something similar to take advantage of the system.. Too many people these days..
