HORRIBLE acne in early pregnancy - baby girl?

I feel like I'm a high school teenager again with all this acne. New ones appear everyday. They're huge and last longer! Old wives tale says baby girl? Did you have terrible acne everywhere and found out you're pregnant with a baby girl?

I didn't have much acne when I was pregnant with my daughter. I have an abundance of it now but we won't know the gender until Wednesday!

My chin & cheeks were bad. Also, broke out a little on my back. I had a boy! And my chin is still really bad and he's almost 1 month. I'm just waiting for my hormones to go back to normal!

I got a really nasty acne around 12 weeks and then by 20 i was all clear. And its a girl XD so i dont know.
