What do ligament pains feel like?

I've been feeling so tender and almost a little crampy in my lower abdomen for 2 days. 
I'm 22 weeks.

Also baby has been moving so much today!! I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Sounds like normal stretching and ligament discomfort to me, but I'd definitely say bring it up with your doc at your next appointment. If it starts feeling worse and closer to period cramping type pain, call them sooner to ask.

Mine feel like a dull stabbing pain (like someone's stabbing me with a dull knife) in my lower stomach. 
Only lasts a few seconds and I only feel it when I sneeze or get up/move a certain way
