What are your go to healthy snacks to fend off the nausea and growling tummy??

These are mine.... What are yours??
Hard boiled egg (70 cal, high protein)
Kashi chocolate, sea salt and almond bar (140 cal, high fiber, whole grain)
 
Light cheese stick (50 cal, high protein, lower fat) 
Jack links jerky individual packs(90, cal, carries well, high protein) 
Pop ice (20 cal, nice sweet and cold for summer cravings)
Low fat cottage cheese(80 cal per 1/2 cup, high protein, yummy) 
Carrot sticks with hummus (35 cal for carrots, about 70 cal per 2tbls of hummus, crunchy, good fat, easy to prep and take with you). 
Yoplait light thick and creamy (100 cal, 6 G protein, tastes like pudding!)
