Spider/Varicose veins?!

27 weeks and I just noticed a few small varicose/spider veins! Freaking out are they permanent or do they fade after baby is born?

I have them really bad on one leg...my mom got them too while she was pregnant and hers never went away so I'm nervous mine won't either

See I feel I have them in my left side of my vajayjay I had sex 5 days ago now and ever since that day(I've had sex plenty of times this pregnancy it's so weird bout this) I'm like so swollen down there but mainly the left side like nothing from inside is sticking out but maybe parts of my lips... And I've been having more Braxton Hicks contractions plus tons of pressure esp when standing for longer periods then 10 min but I feel the pressure as soon as I get up plus I've been having this dull left back pain down low towards my butt ..but in my back and a few days before today I had cramps and Braxton Hicks contractions together so I couldn't even count but it was quite frequent and I eventually was able to sleep at night  and they the cramping subsided I still have some here and there and I feel my baby girl kicking like normal but also rolling now too.. I saw maybe I was dehydrated to drink water for cramps but; maybe my pelvicfloor is weaking this is also my third baby first girl due November 9th but I just have this gut feeling she's coming end ish of October.. I have growth ultrasound next Fri am and see my ob 24th in gonna ask them to measure my cervix again while I'm there and see if I've dialting or something..

I have a couple on my hip/butt. I'll take them over stretch marks (which I also have a few).

I have quite a few since I got pregnant. I've heard that they greatly reduce after but might not go away entirely. The bigger they are the less likely they are too disappear.
