19 days late AF can I still ovulate?

My AF is 19 days late (had spotting). Normal bad PMS, slight bleeding for one day, not a flow, no cramps then it stopped. No sign of AF, neg tests, had blood work done but no results yet. Ultrasound in about a week. But lately I think I'm ovulating. Since missed AF no real discharge until last day or two it's been sticky, sore breasts, sensitive nipples, gone off food again. So I'm wondering if I missed my AF is it possible to ovulate after that or do I have to wait until shedding occurres? Confused, any suggestions?
