It's ok to get an epidural! It doesn't make you weak.

Push like you're pooping!

Try to go to sleep so you are well rested when its time to push. I didn't with my first but with my second I slept and baby came fast and with fewer pushes

Actually it was advice that really happened: my husband said stop screaming and channel the urge to scream into energy to push and it totally worked !! My daughter was born within 3 pushes !

Don't forget mints and lip gloss!

If you can get into the water take a bath helps the skin when stretching happens. Tore with the first not with the second and the second was a way bigger baby!
