Which medicine will help my throat and headache... I don't wanna hurt my baby though.

Take some Tylenol and If you're miserable a Benadryl. Both are completely safe

Tylenol maybe... but I find it useless.

When my throat hurts I eat marshmallows. I swear by it. The gelatin coats your throat and sooths it. And just a ton of water for the headache.

To be honest I've had such a sever headache I did take 1 Advil once. Worked like a charm and didn't hurt the baby at all. I know you shouldn't and probably someone will bash me for it but hey. When you're desperate, live on a loud military base, and have a yappy puppy... Sometimes you cave!
