Slightly lopsided head

My 3 week old's head seems slightly misshapen. The back right side seems a little flatter than the other side and the top right side seems a little higher. Does anyone else have this going on? Should I be concerned or will it reshape itself? She did have a cone when she was born but that went down after the first two days. I'm just freakin out like it could be a brain thing or something. Feel so paranoid these days!
