4 weeks and fever

So I found out this morning that we are pregnant and should be 4 weeks along. Tested with digital and they came up pretty quick. But Ive had really strong symptoms. The worst being throughout the day my temp goes up until midafternoon Im hitting around 101+. Ive read its fairly normal. And once I hit 101 I start working on getting my temp to drop. My body totally gets whiped out. Had this now for 4 days, going to the doctor on Monday. Btw trying to drink lots. Anybody else had such strong symptom like this?
