PLEASE HELP ME

So I have a uti and have had if for about a week, I've been taking the azo cranberry pills and the azo pain pills and uti relief, I've been taking them every day and it doesn't seem to be going away. I've tried to get ahold of my doctor and have heard nothing back, any suggestions? Anything would be great really because I've been waking up at 6 in the morning unable to sleep until like 11 then I sleep all day. Thank you :)
