Mid cycle pain

Just reaching out to see if anyone else has this problem and how you deal:

I'm at mid cycle, and tonight had the worst lower stomach/uterine pain ever. It would come and go, and when it came it was a 10...it brought tears to my eyes and made me feel lightheaded. I could barely walk to the bathroom! I'm hoping its just gas pain, but has anyone else experienced this? How do you work through it?
