Not pregnancy related. Should I take her to the emergency vet?

This is not pregnancy related but I need help. My bunny had surgery yesterday and she has a biiiig incision probably about 8 cm long that's all sutured up and 2 drain tubes sticking out of her chest. We put a baby tshirt on her so that she doesn't mess with the drains or stitches and because the drains just kind of leak out everywhere. Well I took the shirt off to clean around her drain and I saw that at the top of the incision the sutures have come undone in one spot and she has an open hole about the size of a penny in her chest (right side) that is seeping fluid and some blood 😢 I thought it was just coming out of the drains but it's definitely from that hole! All vets are closed except a 24 hour emergency one in another city...should I rush her there or can it wait until tomorrow. My poor baby 😳
