How to tell my partner...

I've took a test this morning... and i did take it a day early but there was definitely 2 lines!!! so I'm not telling him today because it wasn't very dark... but it is his birthday tomorrow so I wanted to double check in the morning to see if the line gets darker... but I have no idea how to tell him 🤔🤔🤔 i was thinking maybe something in his birthday card... from me or out little girl... I got him a card from her and I don't know if sticking the test underneath her name and put a & the test what do you guys think ????
