Is it still classed as a bump?

Becka • 18 years old🎀 Shropshire'UK🇬🇧my little boy was born on 2nd December 2016👶🏼
I'm almost 25 weeks and I'm almost 9stone, I have a round looking bump but I can still suck the majority of it in?? Is it still classed as a bump even when you can still suck your belly in? Baring in mind I'm a slim build so I thought I would've been pretty big by now🤔
